Our 30 minute strength training sessions are designed for 2-3 people and focus on the same principals as personal training….just with friends!

Our kick start program is designed to get you back on track!

  • Personal training 2 times weekly
  • Scheduled cardio sessions 3 times weekly
  • Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner prepared and delivered Monday – Friday by Fuel in Motion
  • Price Per Person: $680

 

Your Gym But Better

This 12 week program is designed for the person who already works out in their own gym but feels they just need a little more direction to meet their goals.

Includes-

  • One 30 minute personal training session every 4 weeks (including measurements and weigh in)
  • Specific work outs to complete at your gym 3 times per week that will change every 4 weeks
  • Specific cardio plan to complete at your gym 3 times per week that will change every 4 weeks
  • Nutrition plan to follow (emailed every 2 weeks)
  • Price: $210 ($17.50 per week)
