Owner of Anne Moore Endurance Coaching, an Exercise Physiologist at FitMed Partners, and a professor of Anatomy and Physiology at Trident Technical College. She is a competitive cyclist and triathlete. She has her Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences/Physiology from MUSC, is a certified triathlon coach through USA Triathlon, a certified cycling coach through USA Cycling, and holds several certifications for personal training and group exercise. In addition, she is a Certified Wellness Coach through The Wellness Forum in Columbus, Ohio and serves as a health and wellness advisor. Anne trains clients at all levels, specializing in sports performance training and muscular imbalances.

Cheryl has a BA in business from the College of Charleston and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Stretch Therapist (AIS, CES, ACSM, NASM-CPT). Throughout her life in Charleston, health and fitness have been passions that she has continued to pursue especially as a means of overcoming her own weaknesses, pain, and injuries. As a woman of almost 50, she doesn't use the ``O`` word (old). Over the past 11 years, she has earned a loyal client base in Charleston with this same philosophy of overcoming injury, pain, and limitations. Her clients range in age from 20 to 70+. A common theme in her clients is that they all desire to continue doing what they love. Whether it's soccer, running, surfing, golfing, or even gardening, she loves getting them back in their game. The key to eliminating pain, preventing injury, and performing at your best is finding the right balance of strength and flexibility which is what Cheryl does best! She also has expertise in nutrition and enjoys sharing her knowledge about food and the roll it plays in providing optimum health and performance for her clients, as well as just plain looking and feeling great! She helps her clients enjoy their lives to the fullest.
